For workshops

Know what the floor is doing before the shift ends.

The device measures production at the machine; shifts, breaks and job assignment all run from the same place. What we measure is never lost.

01

Production is measured at the machine

The count happens on the machine itself, not in a figure written down afterwards. The device follows the machine's signals without a break and separates real production from everything else.

  • 01Counts, cycle time (how long one unit takes) and stoppages go on the record by themselves; nobody has to write them down.
  • 02Measured data stays on the device until it has reached the cloud, so a dropped connection loses nothing.
  • 03The operator opens and closes shifts, breaks and stoppages from their own screen.

02

Visible while the shift is still running

Waiting for the end of the day turns something fixable into something that cannot be fixed. This is the screen you look at while the shift is still on.

  • 01Which machine is running and which is idle — before the shift ends.
  • 02What an operator produces is written to their own shift, not on top of the previous one.
  • 03Even if the server cannot be reached, the shift opens; once the link is back, the record is matched to the right operator.

03

Finding work happens here too

A workshop's second worry is an idle machine. The side that brings work in sits in the same place.

  • 01A workshop makes itself findable by publishing its capacity.
  • 02Bids carry quantity, unit price and a delivery date, and a bid can be split.
  • 03Declined work releases its quantity, and declined is kept apart from cancelled.

Work for a manufacturer who is not in the system is still tracked

A workshop can record and follow work taken from a manufacturer who has no account at all — and that record can be handed over to them the day they join. The chain itself does not change; the only new thing is being able to say whose record it is.

See the idle machine as clearly as the running one.

Setup is short and does not interrupt the working day. The data comes from the floor, on its own.

Accounts are not opened automatically — a person reads every application.
