For manufacturers
See who you gave the work to, how much is produced, and whether the deadline holds.
The chain starts at the order line and descends through the tender, the bid and the work package (the job handed to a workshop); production comes back up the same path, measured.

Order chain
- 01Order lineModel code, quantity, deadline.
- 02 · You enter the chain hereTenderThe line goes out to tender; workshops you do not know see it too.
- 03BidQuantity, unit price, deadline and a note — and it can be split.
- 04Work packageAn accepted bid becomes a package; the terms you agreed are recorded on it.

01
From an order line to production
Every link in the chain is recorded. Asking where the work stands does not mean phoning anyone.
- 01Order line: model code, quantity, delivery date.
- 02Tender: the line goes out as a job, and workshops you have never met can see it.
- 03Bid: quantity, unit price, delivery date and a note — and it can be split.
- 04Package: an accepted bid becomes a work package, with the agreed terms recorded on it.
02
Production comes back
The work you gave out is counted at the machine as it is made, and travels back up the same chain. Tracking stops being something you ask about.
- 01Production measured at the machine goes up from the workshop's server to the cloud.
- 02How much of a package has been made is visible on the package.
- 03Declined work releases its quantity and is not confused with a cancellation.
03
Work flows over a relationship
Tenders and bids are not the only way; they are how parties who do not know each other meet. Work can go straight to a workshop you already know.
- 01A relationship is formed by invitation or by an accepted bid, and it can be ended.
- 02Permission to assign work directly sits on the relationship, and the workshop grants it.
- 03The system does not sell trust: no scores, no badges, no approved-supplier marks.
The customer's name does not descend to the workshop
The chain descends to the workshop; the customer's name does not. The customer record arrives with its name and code empty — only so the chain can be linked. The same holds for whoever allocated the work: the record descends, who they are does not.
Know the deadline is holding without asking.
How much of the work you placed has been produced comes back up the same chain, measured.
